Sizing and Fit
Not sure of your size? Measure — it takes a minute and it's the most reliable way to get this right.
Stand with your heel against a wall, foot flat on a sheet of paper. Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark. Measure both feet in the evening, when feet are at their widest, and go by the longer one.

Each size covers a small range, so match your measurement to the closest length. If you're right on the line between two, take the larger.
How they should fit
- Heel sits fully inside the back edge
- Toes sit comfortably in from the front, not at the edge
- Forefoot rests naturally wide, with no pressure across the widest part
- Snug, never tight
Both silver buckles adjust for width and instep, and the side dial fine-tunes the strap around your big toe — so you can adjust the fit where you need it, and change it again through the day.
