Before you write, these might be quicker:
Where's my order? Orders ship within 1–2 business days, then take 3–5 with USPS. Your tracking link is emailed the moment it ships — check your spam folder if you haven't seen it.
What size should I order? Your usual US size. There's extra room built through the forefoot, so don't size up for bunions. Half sizes round up — a 7.5 orders an 8. If you're still unsure, email us your foot length in centimetres and we'll tell you which to pick.
I want to return something. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll take care of it.
Still need us?
Send an order number if you have one, and a photo if something arrived damaged. It saves a round of back and forth.
