Shipping

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no order threshold.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your parcel ships.

Delivery time

Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch via USPS.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays and peak periods such as late November through December can extend transit times.

Tracking

Tracking is included on every order. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, email support@bunivia.com and we'll open a trace with USPS.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

If you spot a mistake, email support@bunivia.com immediately. We can usually correct an address before dispatch, but not after.

Lost or stolen parcels

If tracking shows delivered but your parcel isn't there, check with neighbours and around your property first — USPS sometimes marks parcels delivered slightly early.

If it still hasn't appeared after 48 hours, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with USPS. We're unable to refund or replace parcels that tracking confirms as delivered.
